I need a really good foundation for my extremely oily skin which is also dehydrated that will stay put and not separate or very little for prom... I have been trying to look for the perfect foundation but haven't found it yet.

Best one I have tried so far that has worked for me and lasted for 10hrs+ without touching up is the Estée Lauder double wear & the coverage is amazing.

I like a few.
-MAC Prolongwear nourishing waterproof Foundation.
(despite the 'nourishing' claim, it's actually great for oily skin I think it's 'nourishing' as far as waterproof makeup which tend to normally be drying which is good for dehydrated skin and this foundation doesn't cause flashback)
-L'orèal infallible pro matte foundation.
-MAC Studio Fix Fluid(one of my faves due to the color range and how it makes my pores look smaller/skin smoother)
-Cover FX Custom Cover drops (mixed with a silicone primer and this held up even through sweating, surprisingly)
I'd also try checking out the Smashbox Photo Finish Light which is GREAT for oily skin. I feel it actually made my makeup stay on longer. It's not the typical primer loaded with silicone. It's actually water based, feels lightweight but actually helps to keep me matte. (You can get a travel size for $16 at Ulta or Sephora which gives a good amount of product)
I'd also suggest getting a makeup setting spray or a makeup sealer. I quite like the PPI Green Marble Selr.
I had the blue one too but I seem to have misplaced it.
I do think that one is a better option for everyday since its water based rather than alcohol based (like the green one)

I always suggest L'Oreal Infallibe Matte. I absolutely love it and I've got super oily skin and it's the only foundation I've found so far that actually looks and stays matte on my skin.
