Depotting compacts in Mac Pro palettes.

I bought the Mac Pro palettes with the powder inserts but I was wondering if any other brands that you know of are the same size as the Mac blushes/powders? Mac doesn't include the size in ounces that are compatible with their palettes for some reason. I know for eyeshadows makeup geek fits into the Mac palettes but Mac singles eyeshadows are only $6 now so I might as well just get Mac. Or should I just not use an insert?

Smashbox, Lorac, Milani, Estée Lauder, Urban Decay, Elizabeth Arden, NYX and Morphe are all supposed to fit. I can't tell you anything from personal experience, I use the MUFE metal palettes, which don't have a divider. The diameter of a Mac pan is 26mm, though. So you can look for that size when you're shopping around.
