Hi guys! so at my school we're not allowed to wear "noticeable" makeup, so I stick to a tinted moisturiser, mascara & eyebrow pencil/gel. does anybody have any suggestions as to what products I should buy? I don't want anything too pricy. thankyouu! ((:

I would suggest a models prefer mineral powder or finishing veil, however if your skin type is really dry this may not work well for you, I would definitely suggest wearing a primer, I use Australis original primer.
After experimenting a lot I found concealer just didn't look natural for me, so to conceal my dark circles or any imperfection I use Covergirl True Blend, it's a light foundation that isn't too pricey and lasts a while - it costs me about $18 Australian
Another tip I have is to use a setting spray in between using foundation and power as well as after applying powder, lots of people recommend NYX dewy finishing spray however unless you live in America it is hard to source, I found a Models Prefer Finishing spray instead that cost me $14.99 at Priceline
If you are going for natural but you still want to make your eyes big I would suggest using a brown mascara and lining your upper lash line with a waterproof eye liner. Loreal Paris Unstopable eye liner is what I use, I think it costs about $6.99

The Covergirl OH SUGAR tinted lip balms are sheer as long as you pick the first 2 or 3 in the collection. They have a sugary lemon taste.

Try a bb cream or cc cream
for mascara: maybelline lash sensational (the one in the pink tube)

Marleen always has great suggestions. I agree with Brooklyn on using a brown mascara and liner for a natural look. You can tightline the eyes to emphasize them without obvious liner on the lid. If you don't feel comfortable using liner there..you can go in with a brown shadow and an ELF small angled brush and press the shadow between the lashes. Maybelline's Color Tattoo Shadows are great for this as they are creamy and longwearing. The color "Tough as Taupe" looks very natural. Any warm, natural powder shadows you enjoy will also work, but the key is to use a light hand and blend it out.
Wet 'N Wild lash primer is nice and seems to help my mascara work better.
Dia's suggestion of Lash Sensational is a great one. I love it. If you want more defined, long lashes verses volume, Loreal Telescopic is nice and looks very natural. The little wand is perfect for lower lashes. You could easily use the Sensational on top and the Telescopic below.
Loreal Stylist Plumper Brow Gel is really nice. I reach for it often despite I have high end brow products. NYX stick blushes and cream blushes are nice for a bit of dewy, natural flush to the cheeks. Burts Bees has some nice tinted lip balm. I think the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream and Nuetrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer leave a natural finish while offering some sun protection. The Nuetrogena feels really light on the skin. :)
For wash, moisturizing and spf, CeraVe is always a win.

When I wore makeup for the first time and wanted the minimal "no makeup" look, I would wear:
concealer under the eyes. this cancelled out my dark circles without looking like I'm wearing anything. you could also place this on any acne scarring or blemishes. my favorite is the maybelline fit me
a light peach blush on the cheeks. it didn't look like I was wearing anything because I didn't go overboard and it just gave my cheeks a natural glow. a little goes a long way with the flirt blush. you can find this at khols and they have many shades so you can find one that works great with your skin. a little bit of blush can turn a dull complexion into a nice, healthy complexion
powder can help cancel out any shine you may have on your face without being as thick and cakey as a foundation. my most used is the maybelline fit me
brown mascara can define the lashes without looking harsh. back in the day, I used the great lash mascara and it just added a hint of color and defined my lashes a bit!
brown eyeliner is great for tight lining and adding some definition to the eye. my favorite is the physicians formula!
clear brow gel will be super natural, but help you comb your brows and keep them in place. I use the elf one, but you could also use a clear mascara
