When do you apply the color correcter? Before foundation? Or after foundation but before concealer?

You can do either before or after. I've seen people do it after.


if you choose to do it after foundation you should apply the color corrector then a concealer on top.

Yes I agree with Dia. If you are to do it after, you have to do it like that.
