Hey guys so was just wondering if all the hype for benefit they're real! Mascara is worth it?? I know it's such a popular mascara but it's pricey- does it really give the illusion of falsies??

It does give a nice lenghtening effect to the lashes, but for me it didn't look like I was wearing false lashes. I never repurchased it because I didn't really like that it got very dry and was hard to remove.
My favourite mascara is the maybelline lash sensational, I'd say it gives a similar, maybe even nicer effect than the benefit one plus it doesn't get so dry. I also recently tried the ud perversion mascara, which I really like, it gives both volume and length and separates the lashes very well.

In my opinion It's just ok. If you're looking for a mascara that gives the illusion of false lashes, I think the closest you'll get is with the Urban Decay Perversion mascara. It's pricey but worth the money in my opinion.

I use the Sephora waterproof mascara and honestly I love it for lengthening. And if I want the allusion that their thicker at the base, all I do is apply it normally, wait for it to dry, and they apply more juste at the root. It gives the most "natural" looking eyelashes without making them look like falsies. An other favorite is the Make up forever Aqua Smoky lash, but make sure you get a bit of the product of the brush before using it. :)

I really like the it cosmetics superhero mascara like Marleen said. I also tried the Tarte lights camera lashes one and it was ok. I'm not sure if it's better than the Theyre Real or Beter Than Sex mascara.

Better than sex or the Lancôme mascaras are my favorites. Grandiose is my favorite from Lancôme I think. I also really liked Püare's The Big Look. Incredibly underrated in my opinion. It is crazy buildable and gives some of the best volume and has a nice wet formula.
