I am looking into buying some foundation samples from The camera ready cosmetics website for my makeup for a wedding. Anyone have suggestions as to what brands to try? I'd love something great in photos but also nice finish in person. I have normal/dry skin. Thanks!

Thank you so much! That rules out a lot of their foundation and I can focus on those brands. Next step finding colors haha ugh. Hard when I don't wear much in the first place.

I typically just wear the maybelline fit me concealer in fair 15 and it's the color I'd like in a full coverage foundation. For some reason I am drawn to the graftobian foundations. They seem to so natural on! But I cannot find example of people wearing certain colors. As far as I know I look best in neutral coloring. My photos on here are a good indicator of my skin in real life.. Especially the one of me in the bronze eye makeup.

Most places (at least the beauty counters at my mall) do not carry an accurate color. I'm hoping I finally find my holy grail!

Jacqueline, how about a similar type of effect as Danielle mentioned, but for someone with oily skin, larger pores and some breakouts? My daughter's getting married in September in Hawaii. (Know any great makeup artists in Maui?)
