I have rashes on my face or 'bumps' really itchy and dry what could I do to moisturize ma face? Help please.

I'm not sure whether what you describe is similar, but I have started getting these red patches on my face that are very dry, flaky and itchy. E 45 cream makes them completely disappear within a couple of days.
