Ouch...that Sea Breeze is loaded with skin irritants and is not going to tone you..let alone gently. :(
What's your budget and where are you located?

My budget is anything less than 50. I tried the seabreeze just because of people would rave about it

The Seabreeze is actively making your skin worse. You need one that offers toning with hydration and ingredients that calm the skin. Which lotion and moisturizer are you using? Aside from your wash are you using any acne treatments?

I think you need to take a break from all those acne reducing products. It may just be irritatinf your face even more to cause these blemishes. Switch to a more gentle cleanser and a moisturizing toner and a normal lotion.
I heard the sephora purity cleanser is amazing to clean off all the makeup or dirt gently. For toner, I suggest you just use witch hazel with tea tree oil (which you can make) and a fragrance free aveeno oatmeal lotion or cetaphil lotion

Pure coldpressed rosehip seed oil is good for calming the skin and cutting down on blemishes. Before I started using it, I was breaking out almost daily. Now I only have monthly hormonal breakouts, and when my skin reacts to something. I also use room temperature or cold water to wash my face, it keeps the pores closed. I only use hot water when I do a scrub or mask.
You can also try Aveeno positively radiant face wash, it had soy in it which will help to balance the pH in your skin. The Neutrogena Naturals line also has some very effective yet gentle products you can try, it's kinda pricey for drug store, but they work really well.

Thank you ladies for the advice. I stayed away from the sea breeze toner and acne free lotion and my skin has improved a lot. It's not so irritated.

I've just been washing my face and using the Maruja oil from Tarte or wee bit of coconut oil. It's worked wonders :)

Christina, if you like Tarte's oil, you can make your own with Marajuca Oil aka Passion Fruit Seed Oil and mix in a bit of Vitamin E. This is what Tarte does. It extends shelf life. Keep your tarte jar and you can refill it for about $15...a dozen times.
As for the Coconut, I love it, but it isn't always friendly with those prone to clogged pores.
Paula's Choice Recovery Toner is soothing and hydrating. I agree on the pure rosehip. I keep mine in the fridge.
Paula has a nice BHA lotion that is very effective.
