Okay so around my nose and other parts on my face I get really dry and the skin is all flaky. Whenever I try to put anything on (makeup wise) it always looks dry and flaky. I've tried exfoliating before and putting on moisturizer but it doesn't really help. What are some good products for dry skin?? šš

Products with hyaluronic acid, cermides, and niacinamides will be the best for dry skin. I also recommend using a facial oil and night and possibly using more than 2 moisturizers before you apply your makeup.

CeraVe! I have the worst dry skin and CeraVe has been great. I recommend the Hydrating Cleanser and the Moisturizing Lotion. If the Lotion is not cutting it, then I recommend the Moisturizing Cream (its in a jar). The Night Time Renewing Cream is great if you are still having issues. I recommend not exfoliating as much because that is just going to make it worse. Dry skin and exfoliating are not the best of friends; its necessary but just be careful how often you are exfoliating (for dryness no more than once or twice a week) or you'll just have more flakiness.
You need a good routine. Just moisturizing here and there is not going to help you. You need a daily routine; I recommend washing in the a.m (I always shower in the morning so I do this anyways, but if I don't then I still rinse my face anyways) then moisturize. In the evening do the same thing; wash and then moisturize.
Other dry skin products I would recommend are Korres, Fresh, Eucerin (face product line; don't use their body lotion as a moisturizer...), Embryolisse (if it doesn't break you out).

This is maybe a bit weird but I am really dry under my eyes and around my nose and I use a lip balm and it works like magic.
