I love the Ulta eye gel liners. These are the best eyeliners I've tried. They stay on the water line all day, very pigmented and creamy. They are also inexpensive and always on sale. I just oredered more last week for 3$ Here's some swatche of the ones I have : peacock, penny, copper, halo and black out.

I haven't tried the ID but I agree with the ulta gel liners!

I've heard stila pencil waterproof liners are super good, I haven't tried them myself though. The UD I do use and those work really we'll.
