I have acne but it's getting better. A few months ago it was extremely bad I was referred to the hospital. Red spots...everywhere! Not just small breakouts. I'm talking about a severe case of 4 years worth of acne. It's getting better now and I'm extremely happy about that. I'm near to getting rid of all of spots,I just have a few breakouts to get rid of and then after 4 whole years,I can finally say I have clear,non-spotty skin. But there's one issue. This horrible acne problem has left me with severe scarring along my forehead and cheeks mainly. My forehead still has small bumps/some spots on and I was just wondering how I could start to fade my acne scars and acne in the next two weeks. Thank you for helping me! 💕

Since you've had severe acne, I recommend getting professional treatments.
To achieve the results you want would be more cost effective to do so through a reputable dermatologist then to dish money on trial/error and products that will never deliver what you're aiming for.
The cost of getting an appropriate vitamin c serum, exfoliant, toners, antioxidant serums, etc. will pretty much equal or surpass of getting say a chemical peel, especially since you have to re-stock these items when they run out.
I pay $90.00 for a 40% salicylic acid peel every month.. my skin care adds up way more than $90.00 as one of my favorite serums are $110.00 alone. And getting just laser on my cheeks is $300.00 which is still less than buying a bunch of skin care.
It may seem expensive at the moment, but it will do way more and you may only need one or two treatments max.
The most important thing you can do for your skin right now is to wear a physical sunblock. I personally use ELTAMD's tinted sunblock. It's neither too dry or too oily and it has a beige tint to it so it helps even out skin tone.

Wonderful advice, Kitty. I agree. Peels are quite remarkable and effective...especially when you have large areas to cover. Some offices take payments or offer CareCredit.
You certainly can space treatments further apart and your Derm/Estie will tailor your skin care treatments to suit your skin. Then, recommend something to maintain results and help keep skin it's best until your next visit. Are you on birth control or any oral medication from the hospital?

I'm on acne tablets and that's it! I live in the UK though so everything is so different over here! 💕
