"Baking" your face question.

So I was reading a few articles about baking and some say that you need to put powder on before you blend your highlight and then some say you need to blend it out first then put powder on it. Which one is true?

I don't bake, but it would make sense to me to put highlight on last.

Unless you're using a liquid or cream highlighter. Then it would be cream highlight, baking powder, then powder highlight.

I don't bake either but I think you should powder and then highlight. highlight then powder will take away the glow in my opinion.
