I was just hired at Braum's and they require your hair to be off your collar and under a baseball cap. I have thick, heavy, and long hair. Any ideas for updos?

You could a fishtail braid which is easy to do and it would be off your collars.

I also put baseball caps on backwards and put a messy bun on one side of my head and another messy bun on the other. I'm sure you could do it with is facing the right way too
