It is supposed to be good for acne...you can mix two parts water, one part cider so that it won't be too harsh.

No, it will strip all the natural oils and just leave it dry, irritated and painful

I agree with Erica, and you don't want to deal with the smell of vinegar you'll be a walking salad lol ;-)

It works for acne but it can dry out your skin if you use too much. Just make sure to use a moisturizer afterward. And the smell is an issue but it will fade after a few minutes.

Yes it's really good for toner. These people who are saying no are just assuming and not basing their advice on actual knowledge.

The vinegar smell dissipates after it drys,

Apple cider vinegar works for a toner, the smell disappears as the vinegar dries. If the smell really bothers you, apply it before bed and you will still see the benefits. If you ever wash or exfoliate with baking soda, you should always follow it with apple cider vinegar to return your skin to its natural ph level. Very good for acne. If you have sensitive skin, diluting it will water helps.

Well I've never heard of putting vinegar on your face and my dermotologist definitely didn't recommend doing that, but it's up to you if you really want to risk it, I personally wouldn't go there, and I know for a fact that using it as a toner for the whole face will dry you out completely leaving you patchy and red, your skin will react badly to it, if you really want to try it ,may I suggest just dabbing a little bit on each spot with a cotton bud, that's it.If you want a natural toner, I would recommend Witch Hazel. :)

You know that for a fact? Funny I guess I don't know much (you know being a licensed esthatician and all). Vinegar isn't drying, it balances the skins ph.

ACV is wonderful! I always like to use something natural when possible. Much better than using all the chemical loaded products all the time.

I've never tried apple cider vinegar, I might need to! I've been using witch hazel, which does have an odor but it dissipates pretty quickly. It works really well for me.
