Take biotin, it worked amazing for my hair and nails. (: Also have a nail care routine, make sure to moisturize often and use a strengthner to keep your nails from breaking(:

I used a cuticle and nail balsam from Trind. Great products. Took little time to do it daily.....and it is not a stinky polish. It makes my nails beautiful.
