started playing with makeup at an early age of 12ish but please keep in mind that all of us who wore makeup at that age go back and see that we probably shouldn't have. if your young I think eyeliner is fine as long as you dont color it all over your lids (as I did lol) if your asking about a child I think its important you teach her how to use it I remember it was fun when my mom did with me. but just take it easy

I started playing with lip gloss and blush at 9. I started getting little pimples when I was 11 and started wearing concealer, but I didn't actually start wearing a full face of makeup until I was about 14.

17! and it was so weird when I started to wear makeup because I instantly started to wear thick eyeliner and I remember my step father telling me it looked like I was going into battle haha.
