14 I started lipgloss & mascara
Then got in to tweezing my already thin brows, over tweezed & had to draw them on til about age 17 in that time everyday I did m eyebrows liquid liner mascara & lipgloss daily
Eyebrows eventually grew back but I still fill them because the hair is light & sparse!
Around age 21 I got into eyeshadows ,lipsticks foundations,powders barley last year 2012 I started with blushes & bronzers I'm now 23 years old :)

I think around 14 you could wear minimal make up like concealer, powder and a BB cream and around 16 you could play with make-up adding natural eyeshadows, blush, bold lipstick etc.

I think you should play with it at like 12-13 and start applying like foundation and blushes at like 16-17
