Best eyeliner for waterline?

Hey everyone, I need help finding a really good waterproof eyeliner that I can put on my waterline without it running or smudging. Preferably anything $20 or less. Any suggestions? 😊

UD 24/7 is great :) also I've been using the Too Faced Lava Gloss liner and its pretty good :)

Nyx slide on eyeliners are the best- they last a good 8/9 hours
