Oh sad. I was gonna say check out sugarpill.... Those are the only ones I can think of. You could probably make one with make up for ever. I bet they have neon ish shades. And nars has put out a few duos....

But sugar pull is only sold on their website and on the makeup geek website.. Actually a good deal for what you're getting because you get 4g instead of the traditional 1.5g from Mac and other places

The Sleek Acid Palette is what comes immediately to mind. I know its not available at Ulta/Sephora but you could order online and its not that expensive.

I got the heartbreaker palette. I was so skeptical about it. But once I got it, I was in love! It really is such an amazing pressed set! The seafoam green, the acid green... The electric blue. The purple, I was floored. It took the Black Friday sale to make me cave, and I wish is gotten more!!!
