What's the best way to keep soft lips? I don't like using lip balms because it just makes my lips really chapped I feel like I've tried every brand known out there. Is there another way to keep my lips soft without lip balm?

brown surgar and warm water .... mix it them rib on your lips creates a soft feel and a great taste (for you or your honey)
