Drink a lot of electrolytes! You can buy a bottle of the pediatric mom one.. I believe that's what it's called. Get better soon and get lots of rest.

Replace your electrolytes (gatorade, pedialyte and coconut water all work fine for this purpose) and take a probiotic. Your immune system and your digestion is utterly dependent on the bacteria that live in your gut, and if you are sick and yakking everything up, your bacterial colonies are diminished and weakened. fwiw, I have a degree in biology. I would honestly go with the coconut water on account of the sugars and artifical flavors in the pedialyte and gatorade, but it's kind of an acquired taste. I would definitely NOT recommend popsicles and 7up...you need easily digestible foods like plain broth or chicken & rice soup or crackers.

Chamomile works ok, but personally I think peppermint is more effective against nausea.
