Ugh - Makeup still rubs off with primer

Um...stop rubbing your face. You're transferring oils from your fingers onto your face, for one, which contributes to the oiliness. You're also transferring bacteria, which can ultimately lead to acne.

In any case, there's no primer on this earth that is going to make your makeup bulletproof. Some foundations transfer really easily, so you can try switching foundations or using a setting powder...but honestly...don't rub your face.
