I recently had the same problem with chapped lips. I made a lip scrub using natural honey, brown sugar and olive oil and purchased baby lips and that seemed to take care of it!

you may have lip dermatitus, you should see a dermatologist. Once you have been on medication you can use mac lip conditioner.

Use carmex during the day and at night before you go to bed SLATHER on Vaseline. It is the best when you need a lot of moisture and when you wake up in the morning you will have new lips!

Aquaphor is thee best!!!!! I put it on before bed and my lips are so soft in the morning. If I miss a day, my lips get instantly chapped.

When you use moisturizers on your lips they stop producing natural moisture and you become dependent on the product you're using. Try using sugar to exfoliate them and maybe giving bare lips a try for a while. The only product I use is rosebud salve under lipsticks.

use your toothbrush on your mouth to smoothen them then put on any carmex, lip balm etc

I made MY OWN lip scrub today (I've done it twice in the last 8 hours) and it's helped! I mixed honey, olive oil, and LOTS of sugar and scrubbed it for about 3 minutes!(: Hope this helped!

I have the same thing and the only thing that helps me get smooth lips is exfoliating them with this exfoliating towel thing I buy from target lol it exfoliates really well but it isn't too scratchy and makes my lips super smooth. I also use organic lip balms and avoid ones that are too minty or citrusy
