You really do look beautiful without makeup! You've got great eyebrows. I think some longish side-swept bangs would look awesome.

It should be occasion wise. If you have a special event approaching, go all out! I think you have great skin, personally, so I think you could totally pull off going out without foundation. 😊

I would get long layers and side swept bangs. for makeup I would do a BB cream, a dusting of bronzer, a tinted gloss, and brown mascara. :)

I think you should get a full fringe to make your face seem smaller and it will highlight your eyes. Go for natural makeup because you have great skin.
