I love colored mascara and you have gorgeous eyes. Start lining your eyes, ad some contour to your crease and fill in your brows.. Use the blue on the bottom lashes for a POC, and regular on the top.. Make sure to highlight and those baby blues will explode!

I think if you get a dark teel color on the top and blue on the bottom it will make your beautiful eyes pop and use dark brown mascara to fill in your brows pull up with the brush for mascara
