does Anyone know what to do for those Damn red bumps people get on the top half of your arms!? idk if its a light skinned thing or what but I hate them there so unattractive, I've tried exfoliating, moisturizing, simply tanning like everything I could think of to make those ugly things go away and there still there /: does someone know what can be done to make them disappear?!!

That sounds like it might be dermatitis. You should see a dermatologist to rule out an underlying skin issue. Otherwise, use hypoallergenic lotions and avoid tight sleeves that can trap irritants and oils next to the skin.

are they really that noticeable? I have red spots too but my doctor told me its red blood cells in your arteries that collide into each other and bursts. that's why you have them.

I randomly developed some on my arms but they went away when I used the body brush attachment on my Clarisonic on that area (in about 7-10 days time). I have no idea of a cheaper, alternative method though, I'm sorry =/

I've had them forever. but I'm just getting tired of them. so does that mean I can't do anything about them pixie? because I'm sure its something like that since they've always been here

I have those. Gently exfoliate and lotion with cetaphil. That seems to help me!

Exfoliate! Make sure you gently exfoliate every time you shower. That's how mine went away now I have soft arms!

I had a few but as soon as I started to get them I started exfoliating the area and they went away. My friend also had them, worse than me, and exfoliating helped her as well. If you do that for a while and see no improvement I would go to a dermatologist.

thanks guys!! I've been exfoliating but not everyday so I'll try that out and see if there's a difference cuz I don't wanna spend money on a dermatologist /:

I have them too. I have been to doctors about it and they said just to exfoliate them and that they eventully grow out
