There are really good tutorials on YouTube. I searched manicure and they gave step by step instructions. I like the "3 stroke method" I got from them. You put a stroke nice and smooth down the middle leaving a little gap between the polish and cuticle so it's neat and then a nice smooth stroke down the left and the right also leaving a tiny gap on all sides so the polish doesn't look messy
