how can I grow my nails nice and long?

I always try grow my nails out long but they always break how can I make them stronger or grow out nicer?

There are biotin vitamins, and also some nail treaments, I would recommend ones from opi.

dont cut them. you know how when you grow your nails really long and then you either bite them or they break. use a nail streghtener. i use sally hansen hard as wraps nail strenghtener. it caused my nails to grow longer, and they are thicker and harder to break. hope this helped

I usually use the nail hardener nail polish... To me it doesn't matte what brand you use... I am a fan of Sally Hanson though...
My nails usually get about this big... Also, I don't pick at my nail polish because it will damage your nails badly

I've always had naturally long nails but I found that after taking Biotin they grew a lot stronger & never break.

@iris and @bailey, where did you get biotin? I looked everywhere but I can't find it. Or many I'm not looking hard enough.

The Sally Hansen products worked for me too. The maximum growth one or the no more breaks one. I would also recommend moisturising your nails and cuticles as many times a day as possible especially after you wash your hands :)

I got mine at Target. It's a white bottle with a purple lid :) I got the 1,000 mg one and its only like $3.
