I own a whole set and some pigments by Bare Minerals, and I feel their foundation makes me look really aged. As far as Shisiedo, I have only tried their Perfect Smoothing Powder Foundation. It's really fine and blends like a dream without making you look too powdery or emphasizing fine lines.

I've Never Wore Shisiedo But Oh Yes. Bare Minerals! I Have Smooth, Clear Skin So When I Wear It, It Looks So Natural And My Skin Can Breath As Well.
Although If I Wear It For At Least Three Days Straight, My Face Will Break Out.

I don't care for bare minerals it makes my skin look oily and it emphasizes the creping under my eyes
If you have a sephora close to you have one of their artists do your face half and half...that's how I decided on quite a few of my must have products
