Um that looks really pretty :) Are you talking static frizz, or the frizzy stuff? If it's static frizz, then after your shower, spray (use a pump spray, works the best in my opinion) dry conditioner, not a lot, just a little, then do your hair and use hairspray, and static shouldn't be much of a problem :) (depends on your hair and the weather though)
If it's just frizz, do your hair and put a little bit of this on your hands and lightly put it on your hair, (don't run your fingers through your hair, it might reck the look you're going for) and then hairspray, but hairspray does kinda show the little frizzy's, then if it does take a comb and just comb over top of the frizzy's, do not comb through your hair though! Uber hard to explain, hopes this helps!

Use a Pro hair dryer with a diffuser like in the pic. They work really good and also use Aussie products, they help fight frizz if you use frizz products. Or a good leave in conditioner. Heat protectant won't keep frizz out it only protects your hair so it doesn't get fried.

Oh! And what also helps, is after a shower, wear a towel over your hair, and don't scrub, just let it sit, then take off the towel and air dry! :)
