Every once in a while, we all need a little boost in our teeth whitening. Whitestrips make my teeth sensitive. Ideas?

I used baking soda once. Tastes awful, and it is abrasive so you can't use it too often or you will damage your enamel. Acidic fruits have whitening properties, but they also erode enamel. Basically outside of bleaching, everything is risky. Enamel loss is permanent, so always keep that in mind.

I just read a whole article about this. In a clinical study that was just recently Done, Those who used in oral whitening Rinse Yielded the same results in whitening benefits as those who used expensive whitening strips . In this study it also showed that people who use baking soda with their toothpaste Schwier stripping the email mall off their teeth and causing damage to the tooth and were not showing or maintaining the whitening benefits as those who use the strips or the whitening rinses. Buy a Rinse it's cheaper.

I use baking soda & lemon juice mixed together, one is acid one is base so neither are harmful. Just brush it on after regular brushing(:

Peroxide! Just Put Some On Your Toothbrush After You Put The Toothpaste, Doesn't Do Any Damage!!
