Looks like a rook piercing. It's just one piercing, the curved bar makes it look like two.

My ear right there doesn't really go down like hers I wouldn't like jf the bar showed. Do you think I could get it to be two? Haha then I could change up the earring haha

I really don't know, I don't think it's possible to have a piercing go straight through that part of the ear. You could ask a professional if they could place the piercing so that it would show like that with your ear shape.
