Need help with foundation

So I recently began wearing foundation again. Before I was fine with just the bb cream but I found myself wanting more coverage. I love the Fit Me collection, and that is what I use. However I notice that my foundation comes off very easy(ie: if I blow my nose the tissue is covered in my makeup!). Am I applying it incorrectly? I use powder to set it but it doesn't seem to help.

Is this normal??

It's normal because that foundation is NOT meant for long wear. It's a dewey foundation with a short wearing span. What's your skin type?
