I tried it and it was kinda gross and hard to stick with in my morning routine, but I did like the results I had. and different oils are suppose to effect differently like for detoxing the body. I would say give it a whirl :)

What you do is get organic virgin coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for 15-20 mins. After your done you obviously spit it out but you have to rinse with mouth wash or salt and water because your mouth has the toxins in it from doing it.You can goggle for more details.

So - it's a mouth wash?? For what purpose? Just an alternative to regular mouth wash?? I've heard of ingesting coconut oil for health reasons, facial wash for cleansing reasons and on hair for frizz and shine. Interesting

I've been oil pulling for a few months now...I use EVCO and the first thing I noticed was my tummy issues getting better and my skin has improved especially the texture if my skin...those were major improvements I've also had slighter improvements in my energy level, I definitely don't smell the same when I sweat (no body odor) but I didn't have bad BO before, and I don't bloat during that time of the month that badly anymore
It's only been about 10 weeks...it's difficult to do everyday and some days I dread it but I see its helping so I press on

Tiffany what tummy issues do you have? If you dont mind me asking. My mom has been hospitalized on and off for strong pains, they are saying its chrones but not 100%. I was gonna tell her maybe to do this but I might be on the wrong track with this.
