I use the CVS brand. It's called clarifying acne body wash. Each time I take a shower, I put some of the body wash on a loofa and scrub the affected area :) it works pretty well for me :)

I actually use the proactive body wash on my neck and chest, it has worked wonders for me. I get it on eBay in a large bottle and it lasts for a really long time, I love it

I have the same problem, especially on my chest... :/ I've found that natural things work well for me, don't hurt my skin, and leave it feeling so nice! I use a goat milk soap when I can get it (its the best) but any natural home made soap with some grit pieces in it will work. The best places to find these will be eBay, etsy, or a local shop. I bet there's someone in your town who makes it (or near your town) and it really works wonders :)

I have this problem too. I tried putting my acne meds on it from the derm but I think I made it worse. Thank god I go there again next week.

It's so unusual for salicylic not to have worked. Have you tried a manual scrub as opposed to a chemical exfoliation. Try that. Also use a clay based mask

Proactiv cleansing bar really helps with chest and back acne. It doesn't irritate your skin at all.
