What's the best way to use Bead Head Curling Mousse ? I also have medium length short hair with layers that start short .

My older sister has hair your length and she takes her shower then puts it up in a towel does her makeup then is ready for her hair. At that point her hair is damp then she applies the mousse to her hair and scrunches it. She constantly applies hairspray to it and then agin and the end. Hope this helps<3

When you get out of the shower put the mousse in like normal then blow dry your hair and curl with curling iron as normal if you want that type of curl but if you want the messy kind the put the mousse in the palm of your hands flip your head upside down and just crunch it if you don't crunch it upside down then your hair will be flat on your head and no one likes that lol

I usually wash my hair, towel dry till it's still slightly damp then twist it like you would wring out a wet towel and put it into a clip while twisted. I leave a little bit of a poof at the crown while its clipped then I hair spray it just a little bit and voila!
