Toner after Clarisonic?

Is there a reason to use toner after using the clarisonic? The point of toner is to remove anything excess, right? There's nothing left after I use the clarisonic! If there was, I'd be returning it, haha. I just bought a big thing of witch hazel to use but there's nothing visible at least coming off on the cotton ball, like there would be if I washed my face without the clarisonic. Pointless or is there still good reason to use it?

I still use my alcohol-free witch hazel afterwards. Probably not absolutely necessary, but toner also helps remove residue from hard water as well as balances your skin's Ph

Yes I still use my toner because it closes your pores and balances skins ph.
