For New Years every girl wants to look cute when they go out but lately I've really wanted to wear glittery makeup. How can I wear glittery eye makeup with blue eyes? :) where can I put what colours?

I've got blue eyes and tonight I'm thinking about doing my crease FIRST with a matte brown lightly blending it outward. Then I think a beautiful shimmery-glittery copper or gold tone with highlight and accent the blue wonderfully. Top it off with some brown liner or a simple black wing and some mascara and you're good to go! :) hope this helps
