Silver brings out the color of light blue eyes and a sliver and sparkly/shiny dark grey for dark blue eyes.

Orange complements blue so anything in the orange family like gold, copper, and peach.

I have blue eyes and I think I'll be doing a copper and brown smokey eye tonight with the dark(er) brown on the crease and the copper color (it has some shimmer :) ) to the lid. I think I'll ad a little brown liner to enhance my eyes a little more or maybe ill do a simple black winged line. :) good luck!!
