Use a hair mask at least once a week and get a trim to help get rid of damage before it continues up the hair shaft.

It's like a deep conditioner you put in your hair and leave it in for as long as you can preferably over night, then Wash it out. You should try coconut oil.

Get a professional shampoo. Also its a ten spray and morrocan oil are life savers! If your ends are ruined definitely get a trim.
