Make sure you have a good skin care routine, and don't stop moisturizing, just find a moisturiser suited for oily skin! it's very important to keep moisturizing, because if you stop the face will produce even more oil to keep the skin from drying out!
You can use a matte primer, oil blotting papers throughout the day and touch up with powders :)

It will never go away completely hun - but that's not a bad thing - oily skin is good in that it keeps your skin looking young and healthy even as you age - so embrace it! Most of the time our faces produce more oil if we try to remove it - so instead of using mattifying products - try moisturizing more - especially at night - and try to use oils to moisturize like jojoba - this will help your skin to realize it doesn't need to produce as much oil because you are providing it to keep your skin happy - any mattifying products rarely last all day long - and usually require touch ups throughout the day - because your skin is going to produce oil no matter what is on your face trying to mattify it - so I would embrace it and know that the "Dewey" look is very desirable right now :)
