Well, it's already a white head, you caaaaan just pop it (clean your hands before!!). Not the best advice, but yeah, lol. Use a hot washcloth over it and it'll pop on its own, more than likely.

I had one and I took a thin needle and popped it. you won't feel much, but within a day, the white head was barely visible.

If you do pop it, make sure the lancer you use I'd sanitized. Use rubbing alcohol, or unflavored vodka can work in a pinch. And make sure you don't go deep, you just want to puncture the surface. But I'd just suggest that you use a warm compress, and put an acne treatment on it, like diluted tea tree oil, salicylic acid, etc.

I agree, you can pop it, but make sure your hands are clean. It's in an area that can get infected really easily, so just be careful.

I hate acne near my mouth, I find it's the most painful. I would pop it, but make sure everything is sanitized.

I had the same thing but bigger except this happened to me! I felt my lip with my thumb and my nails were really long at the time so something suddenly burned and I got up and went to the bathroom I saw that on my lip I asked my am what to do and she said to put Vaseline on it and leave it alone cause if I popped it would bleed so I put Vasaline on it every morning and night so in about a week or less it was gone. This is late so it's probably gone by now but this might be helpful so you don't have to pop it if this happens again ☺️
