Since the brownish red is so dark, you could probably just dye over it, but it depends on how well your hair takes color.

There would be several way to reach that colour if your hair is that dark and it's virgin. You could use a light blonde/copper dye, a blonde high lift with a copper booster or bleach and then tone with a copper colour. the mother you would use would depend on how resistant your hair is. If your hair is dyed dark then you will probably have to use bleach to lighten it.
I would definitely recomend taking to a stylist about this because doing balayage is one of the hardest techniques to do well on yourself as you can't see the back
