My hair is pretty soft and smooth, not really dry or oily, but it's very frizzy. I heard that olive oil can help with frizz. I was wondering if any of you have tried this! it just says to warm up the oil, leave it in your hair overnight, then rinse it out in the morning with cold water and obviously your regular shampoo and conditioner. does it help with frizz? will it keep my hair smooth and soft? how many times a week should I do this?

I think coconut oil is better. Warm olive oil fades the hair dye from hair.
