Kiehl's is good but I've never tried it. My favorite is by Erborian, it's called Ginseng Infusion Total Eye. It's brightening and very hydrating. It's got little beads of ginseng that melt when you pat in the product. I paid around 30 euros for it and it's lasting me a very long time.

Oh and I should mention that it really reduces my dark circles right away!

Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream. Soooo hydrating. It's under $20 a jar and you need very little product.

I absolutely love the Face Shop's Mango Seed Eye Cream. Super hydrating and leaves a cooling effect under your eye. If you have sensitive skin like myself you shouldn't have a problem with it. :)
