Very cute :) and if it isn't swollen yet, wait 48 hours. When I got my monroe it didn't swell till the next day, I woke up and my lip was huge lol. And 20$ is awesome, mine was 100$ with jewelry and tip

I really like it! alyx $100 is soo much! omg where I live any kind of piercing is $20 including the jewelry the only piercings that are $40 are nipples and industrials lol.

Lol I know. But it's surgical grade jewelry, and the piercers have to have at least 5 years experience, so it's worth it.

I'm in Canada, so we have higher standards on the jewelry than the states. The stuff that you get pierced with has to be surgical grade stainless steel and we have a crap load of rules for piercing shops. Whereas in the states there's no actual rules for it, the shop just has to be clean.

I'm in the US and also paying close to what Alyx pays for my piercings :) I'm in Denver, CO and my last two piercings were each like 85$ with the jewelry & tip.
I research a lot before I go to a shop & don't mind paying more if I know I'm paying for experience and stuff.
