Prom hair/nails/shoes oh my!

How should I do my hair for prom? My hair is past shoulder length and I have bangs that reach my earlobe. My hair is hard to curl and keep curled. :/ I'm doing my own hair most likely so please keep it simple.
For my nails, I have a variety of colors and I'm kinda good with nail art. I don't have the fancy tools but I can improvise.
As for shoes, I have a hip problem (doctors say it's nothing. Does nothing hurt for over two years?) so I can't wear really high heels. So I can wear heels just not super high or super thin ones.

I love your dress! I would do silver heels to match the middle of the dress. Some strappy sandals with a low heel maybe.
Nails I would do a simple white French manicure with maybe a design on the ring finger nail.
Sorry I'm bad with hairstyles so not much help there lol
