When I get those I use the Glam Glow Super Mud as a spot treatment. it helps to dry them out and get a white head on them so they can be cleaned out. Sephora sells it,of course it's super expensive. they usually have samples of it though. Depending on how tough they are it may take more than one spot treatment. I don't use a BHA so I'm not sure if the 2 go together...I hope this is some help!
