My brows are very similar to yours and I use Gimme Brow by Benefit and I absolutely LOVE it. It fills in my brows wonderfully and looks very natural. Super easy to use, as well.

Honestly you don't really need to use anything but you could use a clear brow gel just so they stay in place.

I think that the tail is too long but that's my preference! They look filled in very nice tho! :)

You can always use an eyeshadow that matches your eyebrow hair but make sure it's matte eyeshadow with no glitter in it.
