I have never tried it for hair, I've only used it for my face once or twice a week tops. I don't use apple cider vinegar with it because I'm afraid it will irritate my sensitive skin. My skin always feels soft and clean after each use :) it can be a little drying though, so definetely use a moisturizer afterwards

If you have a vitamin shoppe in your area they should have it there. I haven't tried it yet but I'm planning to soon.

Shaundi is right about the Vitamin Shoppe, that's where I got mine and I love it. I use it about once every 2 weeks only because I don't have the time to do it more often but once or maybe twice a week should be fine depending on your skin type and how long you leave it on. I use mine with water so I don't know about the apple cider vinegar and I couldn't imagine putting it in my hair but I've never tried that either. To me it seems like it would be too drying and hard to wash out.

If you have a whole foods, you can find it there! I think using acv works best, twice a week at the most. Leaves me with detoxified and radiant skin. My friend uses it in her hair, says she enjoys it, though I'd be afraid of clogging the drain!

Where else can you get it besides whole foods & a vitamin shop? Do they sell it in drugstores?

It works better with vinegar, I have large pores so I try using it every week. I didn't know you could use it for the hair.
